Module overview

Coaching & Mentoring Skills for Leaders is a leadership development VR training module designed to help managers guide their direct reports in meaningful conversations that motivate them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Learners are tasked with applying the 3W Coaching Framework to provide clear, constructive performance feedback in 1-on-1 conversations with two direct reports. Along the way, learners are prompted to use open-ended questions to help each employee self-discover their unique strengths, tie them to long-term career goals, and commit to plans for attaining them.

After each exercise, learners listen to a playback of their recorded conversation to self-assess the quality of their dialogue and identify areas for improvement.
