We take the protection of our customers’ data very seriously. We already follow globally recognized security best practices, which means you can be certain that all your data—user data, behavioral data and more—is safe and secure. Now, we are proud to say that STRIVR is also a SOC 2 Certified Service Provider. For SaaS companies like us, SOC 2’s role in securing your data is crucial.
What does this mean?
The SOC 2® Type II report is performed by an independent auditing firm and is intended to provide you with proof that, when it comes to protecting your data, we are in line with globally accepted standards. STRIVR is now certified in the following areas:
Security. Your information and data are secure and protected. Information and systems are protected against unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure of information, and damage to systems that could compromise availability, integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
Availability. Our product is up and running at all times, according to SLAs in our contracts. Information and systems are available for operation and use.
Processing integrity. You’ll be sure to get the right data at the right time. System processing is complete, valid, accurate, timely, and authorized.
Confidentiality. We assure that all confidential information is kept that way. Information designated as confidential is protected.
“At STRIVR we prioritize our customers’ privacy and the security of their information,” said Brian Meek, CTO of STRIVR. “With millions of data points collected every day during VR training sessions, it is imperative that we maintain the highest standards of security for our products. SOC 2 is a message to all our current and prospective customers that we are both compliant and proactive in this area.”
Our products collect and analyze very rich performance data that allows customers to gain unprecedented insight into the minds of learners. STRIVR will remain focused on protecting our customers’ data and information so they can make great use of this data without any worry. The SOC 2 Type II report may be shared with our current and prospective customers on request.
